Conditional offer

What does Conditional offer mean?

A job offer that depends on something, usually getting certain exam grades. If you miss the condition, the employer may withdraw the offer.

Offer letter
The written job offer an employer sends you. Read it carefully, especially any conditions such as grades you need to get.
Predicted grades
The grades your teachers expect you to get. Employers and universities may make offers based on them, which then depend on you getting those grades.
Results day
The day exam results come out. If an apprenticeship offer depends on your grades, it's the day the employer checks them.
Consulting
Advising organisations on how to solve problems or improve the way they work. KPMG, Deloitte and EY all have consulting apprenticeships.
Contract of employment
The agreement between you and your employer setting out your job, pay, hours and holiday. As an apprentice you get one like any other employee.
